What this page is for

This is the Hospital portal login. After a successful sign-in you are taken to the Status dashboard (/status) where you track studies, upload reports, and share links with doctors.

Form fields

Field	What to enter
User ID or Mobile No	Your hospital login ID or the mobile number registered during signup. Each hospital has one login account.
Password	The password you chose at registration (or set after a reset).
Show password	Tick to reveal the password while typing.
Remember this device for 30 days	When checked, you stay signed in on this browser for up to 30 days.
Login to Status	Submits your credentials and opens the Status dashboard.

Register new hospital — Opens the registration form if your hospital is not yet on MedilinkFilm.
Forgot password — Start an email-based password reset.

Alert messages

Message	Meaning
Invalid login credentials	User ID/mobile or password is wrong. Check caps lock and try again.
Session expired or page was open too long	Refresh the page and log in again (CSRF token expired).
Account not active yet	MedilinkFilm has not activated your hospital or set upload quota. Contact support.
Logged out successfully	You signed out; you can log in again when ready.

Forgot password

Click Forgot password on this page.
Enter your Login ID / User ID, or your registered mobile if the ID is not found.
A reset code is sent to your registered email address.
Enter the code and choose a new password.

Register a new hospital

Click Register new hospital.
Fill in hospital details, contact email, mobile, and choose a login ID and password.
Verify your email with the OTP sent to you.
After submission you can sign in immediately for a 20-upload trial. MediLink staff later activates the account for full quota.

User ID or Mobile No	आपका अस्पताल लॉगिन ID या पंजीकरण के समय दिया गया मोबाइल नंबर। प्रत्येक अस्पताल का एक लॉगिन खाता होता है।
Password	पंजीकरण या रीसेट के बाद आपने जो पासवर्ड चुना था।
Show password	टिक करने पर पासवर्ड दिखाई देता है।
Remember this device for 30 days	चेक होने पर इस ब्राउज़र में 30 दिन तक साइन-इन रहेंगे।
Login to Status	क्रेडेंशियल भेजकर Status डैशबोर्ड खोलता है।

पासवर्ड भूल गए

Forgot password पर क्लिक करें।
Login ID या पंजीकृत मोबाइल दर्ज करें।
पंजीकृत ईमेल पर रीसेट कोड भेजा जाता है।
कोड दर्ज करें और नया पासवर्ड चुनें।

नया अस्पताल पंजीकरण

Register new hospital पर क्लिक करें।
अस्पताल विवरण, ईमेल, मोबाइल, लॉगिन ID और पासवर्ड भरें।
ईमेल OTP से सत्यापन करें।
सबमिट के बाद आप तुरंत लॉगिन कर सकते हैं — 20 अपलोड का ट्रायल। बाद में MediLink टीम फुल कोटा के लिए सक्रिय करेगी।
